The Job

This home in Mallard Point had algae spreading across the vinyl siding, worst on the shaded side. We soft washed the full exterior with our house wash mix and rinsed it at low pressure. High pressure forces water behind vinyl, so we never blast siding. The algae came off completely and the siding looks new again. Georgetown homes with shade trees usually need a wash every two to three years to stay ahead of regrowth.
