What things actually cost
How much does house washing cost in Lexington, KY?

How much does it cost to clean a driveway in Lexington?

How much does gutter cleaning cost in Lexington, KY?

How much does pressure washing cost in Georgetown, KY?
Most house washes in Georgetown run $449 to $1,250. The size of the house, the number of stories, and how heavy the growth is set the final number. We are based in Georgetown, so we quote and schedule fast here.
How much does pressure washing cost in Versailles, KY?
House washes in Versailles usually run $449 to $1,250 depending on size, stories, and buildup. Versailles homes sit under a lot of mature trees, so north walls tend to go green faster than most of the area.
How much does pressure washing cost in Nicholasville, KY?
House washes in Nicholasville usually run $449 to $1,250. Newer vinyl shows green fast, but it also cleans up fast, so most homes here sit near the middle of that range.
How much does pressure washing cost in Frankfort, KY?
Most Frankfort house washes run $449 to $1,250. Homes near the river valley hold moisture longer, so algae shows up a little faster there. Size, stories, and buildup set the exact price.
How much does pressure washing cost in Richmond, KY?
Most Richmond house washes run $449 to $1,250 based on size, stories, and how heavy the buildup is. Richmond is inside our normal service area, so scheduling works the same as anywhere else we go.
How much does pressure washing cost in Winchester, KY?
House washes in Winchester usually run $449 to $1,250. Brick homes are common here, and brick still needs washing. The growth just shows up on the soffits, gutters, and trim first.
How much does pressure washing cost in Paris, KY?
Most house washes in Paris run $449 to $1,250. Farmhouses and homes with a lot of exposed sides can trend toward the upper half of the range because there is simply more wall to wash.
How much does pressure washing cost in Lawrenceburg, KY?
House washes in Lawrenceburg usually run $449 to $1,250 depending on size, stories, and buildup. We cover Lawrenceburg on the same pricing we use everywhere else in the Lexington area.
How much does commercial pressure washing cost in Lexington, KY?
Commercial work is custom quoted. We walk the property, write a detailed scope, and give you a fixed price before any work starts. The walkthrough and the quote are free.
How we clean and why
What is soft washing?
Soft washing cleans your home with low pressure, a high volume of water, and a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew at the root instead of blasting the surface.
Is pressure washing bad for your house?
High pressure on siding can be. It can force water in behind vinyl, crack Hardie board, damage window seals, and strip paint. That is why we soft wash houses instead of pressure washing them.
What causes the black streaks on my roof?
Those dark streaks are not dirt. They are a bacteria called Gloeocapsa magma that feeds on the limestone filler inside asphalt shingles, and it spreads a little further every year it stays up there.
What is the green stuff on my siding?
The green film on your siding is algae, usually mixed with mildew, and in Central Kentucky humidity it shows up first on north facing walls and the shaded sides of your house.
Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants or pets?
No. We soak all landscaping with fresh water before we start and rinse everything again when we are done. Once it dries, it is completely safe for kids, pets, and plants.
Booking, timing, and what to expect
How often should I have my house washed?
Every one to two years is what we recommend in Central Kentucky. Shaded areas and north facing walls grow algae faster in our humidity and may need it on the shorter end.
When is the best time to pressure wash a house in Kentucky?
Any time the temperature stays above freezing works fine. In Lexington most customers book a house wash in spring once the pollen drops, or in fall to get the house clean before the holidays.
Do I need to be home while you wash my house?
No. As long as we can reach a water spigot and your windows are closed, we can take care of everything while you are at work and send you before and after photos when we are done.
How fast can you get me on the schedule?
We can usually get your job on the schedule within the same week you call, and estimates go back out the same day.
Who shows up at your house
Who actually shows up to do the work?
Mike Inman, the owner. Inman ProWash is owner operated, so the person who quotes your job is the same person doing the work at your house.
