Hi, I’m Mike Inman.
I started Inman ProWash in 2009 after years working as a cable lineman. What began with helping neighbors around Lexington quickly turned into a full-time business built on word of mouth, repeat customers, and doing the job right the first time.
This isn’t just a cleaning service to me it’s the neighborhoods I grew up in. From Kenwick and Chevy Chase to Hamburg and Ashland Park, I’ve spent years working on homes all across Central Kentucky.

I use low pressure with cleaning solutions to safely remove algae, mildew, and buildup. For concrete and harder surfaces, I use controlled heated pressure and surface cleaners to avoid streaking or damage.
Rear patio concrete cleaning perfection
Got a call from a homeowner who was getting ready to put their house on the market and wanted the whole property cleaned up before listing it. The rear patio was part of the job, and you can see in this photo just how much buildup had settled into the concrete over the years. That dark side is what the whole slab looked like before I started. Snapped this halfway through so people can actually see the difference. Once the property was finished, the customer was thrilled with how everything turned out and left me a 5-star review, which I really appreciated. This is the kind of project I enjoy, concrete that looks like it's beyond saving until you hit it with the right pressure and the right approach, and suddenly it looks close to new again. Patios, driveways, sidewalks, walkways, they all collect dirt, algae, and grime over time, and a proper wash makes a huge difference in how a property shows. Just wrapped up another window cleaning job for one of my regular commercial clients, and they were genuinely happy with how everything turned out. That kind of feedback means a lot. This is a client I've been coming back to year after year, and they keep calling me back, so something's working. Repeat business like that is the part I'm most proud of, it tells me the work holds up and they know what they're getting when they book me again. I run a spot-free water-fed pole system, which lets me reach the tall second story glass from the ground without putting a ladder against the building. The purified water lifts the dirt off the pane and dries clear no streaks, no mineral spots, no residue once everything's set. It's a cleaner finish than the old squeegee and-bucket method, especially on commercial properties with a lot of glass up high. I take my time, work the brush across every pane, and rinse everything down properly. Show up, do the job right, earn the next call that's pretty much how I've always approached it.
