Not when done correctly. We use soft washing on all siding, which is low pressure combined with a cleaning solution. The chemicals do the work, not the pressure. We never use high pressure on siding. The only time we use high pressure is on concrete.

That is a bacteria called Gloeocapsa magma. It feeds on the limestone filler in your shingles. It is common in Central Kentucky because we have limestone everywhere. It holds moisture against your shingles and shortens the life of your roof. Soft washing kills it completely.

That is algae and mildew. Kentucky humidity creates the perfect conditions for it, especially on north-facing walls and shaded areas. A soft wash kills it at the root and keeps it from growing back for a year or two.

Yes. We use hot water pressure washing equipment that breaks down oil and grease that cold water cannot touch. We pre-treat heavy oil spots before cleaning for the best results.

We pressure wash the deck first to strip off old stain, dirt, and gray oxidation. Then we apply a wood brightener that opens the grain and restores the pH. After the deck dries for 24 to 48 hours, we apply a commercial-grade stain by brush, roller, or sprayer. The whole process takes a few days but the results last two to three years.

Spring through fall, roughly March through November. Spring is the most popular time because people want to clean off winter buildup. Fall is good for getting things cleaned before the cold months. We can work in any season as long as temperatures are above freezing.

No. As long as we have access to a water spigot and any gates are unlocked, we can do the job while you are at work. We send before and after photos when we finish so you can see the results.

It depends on the surface. House washing lasts 12 to 18 months. Roof cleaning lasts three to five years. Concrete cleaning lasts about a year. Deck staining lasts two to three years. Surfaces with heavy shade or tree coverage may need attention sooner.

At least twice a year. Once in late spring after pollen and seeds drop, and once in late fall after the leaves come down. Properties with a lot of pine trees or overhanging branches may need it more often.

Sealing protects your concrete from freeze-thaw damage, oil stains, UV fading, and red clay staining. It also makes future cleaning much easier. We recommend sealing after every pressure wash for the best protection.
