Professional Pressure Washing in Georgetown, KY

Over time, dirt, mildew, algae, and grime build up on exterior surfaces — and Kentucky's humid summers and damp seasons tend to speed that process along. Pressure washing removes those buildups from siding, driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, and patios, restoring surfaces to their original appearance and helping prevent the kind of long-term staining and material breakdown that can lead to costlier repairs. We serve homes and businesses throughout Georgetown and the surrounding Scott County area, adjusting water pressure and technique to match each surface so that softer materials aren't damaged in the process.

What to Expect From Our Services

Our work covers a range of common needs, including house washing, concrete and driveway cleaning, deck and fence restoration, and gutter brightening. For more delicate surfaces — such as vinyl siding, roofing, or older masonry — we use soft washing, a lower-pressure method that relies on cleaning solutions rather than force to lift dirt and organic growth. Before any job, we take time to assess the surface and explain what the process will involve, so you have a clear picture of the results and timeline. Whether you're preparing a property for sale, keeping up with routine maintenance, or simply want a cleaner exterior, the goal is straightforward, reliable work that holds up well after we've finished.

Why Georgetown homes get dirty fast

The four things working against your exterior.

Scott County has a specific mix of conditions that grow algae, mildew, and clay stains faster than most of the country. Here's what we're up against on every Georgetown job.

01

Clay soil splash

Scott County clay sticks to siding and concrete after every storm. Iron staining bakes in if it sits too long. We use the right detergent strength to lift it without scuffing the surface.

02

Toyota-era subdivisions

The neighborhoods that filled in around the Toyota plant lean on light vinyl siding that shows every streak. Cherry Blossom, Elkhorn Crossing, Brookstone, Lanes Run - most homeowners call us within a few years of moving in.

03

Bluegrass humidity

Same humid summers as the rest of central Kentucky. Dew points sit in the 60s and 70s for months. North-facing walls and shaded corners never fully dry. Mildew loves it.

04

Historic mortar

Main Street, Hamilton Avenue, and the streets around the old courthouse have brick that has been there for over a hundred years. Wrong pressure strips mortar. We dial it down so the cleaning solution does the work.

A Cherry Blossom story

Same customer, twelve seasons running.

One of our regulars in Cherry Blossom has been with us since her first season in the neighborhood. Every spring, she texts us when the azaleas by her porch start blooming. Says it is her unofficial sign to call us out, because the same time the flowers come back, the algae shows up on her north wall.

What started as one house has turned into most of her street. She refers neighbors after every wash. We have washed homes on both sides of her cul-de-sac and three doors down. That is how Georgetown works. One job done right turns into ten more before the season is out.

While we're in town

A few Georgetown spots we keep coming back to.

Between jobs, before sunset, on the weekend - here's where you will catch us when we are not on a ladder in Scott County.

HOA contract

Champions Pointe HOA homes

We run regular HOA programs here. Most jobs are house washing and driveway cleaning on a seasonal schedule. Clay-splash on lower brick and siding is the main repeat issue after wet springs.

Soft wash only

Lanes Run and Cherry Blossom vinyl

All vinyl throughout, so it's soft wash only on every job. North-side mildew and vinyl chalking are the common calls. We never run high pressure on these panels.

Historic brick

Cardome and Hamilton Avenue

Older painted wood and brick homes with aged mortar. We use controlled low pressure and a slow detergent dwell on brick — never raw pressure that strips mortar joints or pushes water into old paint.

Commercial corridor

Main Street Historic storefronts

Downtown brick storefronts pick up exhaust staining, algae, and gum buildup on sidewalks. We handle exterior facade washing and concrete cleaning for commercial fronts, with scheduling that works around business hours.

How much does pressure washing cost in Georgetown, KY?+
Most residential pressure washing jobs in Georgetown run $250 to $850 depending on the size of your home and the services needed. A standard single-story house wash runs $449 to $599. Two-story homes go $599 to $850. We quote the exact number before any work starts.
How often should I have my Georgetown home pressure washed?+
Every one to two years for most homes. Scott County humidity and clay soil splash mean siding and concrete pick up dirt fast. Homes with shaded north sides or heavy tree cover need it closer to every year.
Do you serve all of Scott County or just Georgetown?+
All of Scott County. Georgetown city limits, the country roads around Paynes Depot and Cynthiana Road, Sadieville, Stamping Ground. If you are in the county we can get to you.
Can you handle the older brick homes downtown?+
Yes. The brick along Main Street and around the courthouse needs lower pressure than newer siding. We adjust the detergent and pressure so the mortar joints stay intact. We do downtown jobs every season.
Do you work with HOAs and property managers in Georgetown?+
Yes. We have recurring contracts with HOAs in the Cherry Blossom and Elkhorn Crossing areas, plus property managers handling rentals around town. Bulk rates available for community-wide schedules.
Are your cleaning products safe for plants and pets?+
Yes. The soft wash mix breaks down within minutes of rinsing. We pre-wet landscaping before we start and rinse everything down after. Pets can stay inside while we work. Once the surfaces dry, everyone is back to normal.
