A significantly dirty facade at the local hospital in Versailles

I got a call from the hospital in Versailles Kentucky and they explained to me that the building hasn't been washed ever since it was built. I didn't know what I was gonna find when I got there Knowing that it has never been washed I was expecting the worse. After I arrived I got to looking around and the building was dirty on all sides all the way to the 5th floor. After renting a couple of lifts and trying to soft wash the building we quickly discovered that we definitely need to power wash the building. The building turned out fantastic Customers were very excited and told me that it looks new again. I always wonder what the building looks like today 5 years later.

EKU Campus

Removing rust stains from the side of a 10 story building

This was a fun project at the EKU campus in Richmond. We got a call from the maintenance department at the campus and they were wanting to get estimates on rust removal from the side of one of their buildings. Most rust removal is usually down on the ground on the concrete or maybe on the side of the building. This rust stained was on the side of the building and we have no idea where it come from. There was nothing visible of where the rest could drip down from. This rust was three stories high on the side of one of their campus buildings. So we rented a lift navigate it through the gauntlet of trees underground Drainage tile so we can reach better. This rust stain was no match for our chemicals and expertise period to this day we still get calls from EKU.

I highly recommend Mike and his business Inman ProWash. I have white siding and some brick on my house. The siding was looking greenish and grimy. The brick also had some oxidation. My concrete driveway and back patio also had some discoloration. He also washed the windows and they are spotless - even the very high up windows on my 2nd floor. Mike took care of all of it and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the value. His prices are very reasonable. He was professional throughout the whole process. I appreciated getting a call 20-30 minutes in advance of him coming for the quote walk through and to do the actual job. During the consult, I like that he walked the house with me and talked with me about what he could do. When he came to do the work, he also asked me to come outside a few times to check if I was happy with things. A few areas needed re-touched and I felt very comfortable talking about that with him. I can tell he wants to do the best job possible and wants his customers to be fully satisfied with the work when he is done. I highly recommend!
