Most of the houses we wash, nobody is home. We confirm the details when we schedule, you leave the spigot accessible, and we handle the rest. Gates unlocked helps if the backyard is fenced.
You get photos of the finished work the same day. If anything looked off when we arrived, like a window cracked open or a screen out, we call before we start rather than guess.
