Any time the temperature stays above freezing works fine. In Lexington most customers book a house wash in spring once the pollen drops, or in fall to get the house clean before the holidays.
We work year round. The cleaning solution needs temperatures above freezing to do its job, and outside of that the season matters less than people think. A house washed in November gets just as clean as a house washed in May.
Spring is our busiest stretch because Kentucky pollen coats everything yellow and everyone calls the same three weeks. If you want a spring slot, call early. Fall is the smart play for gutters. Once the leaves finish dropping, a cleanout sets your gutters up for winter so melting snow has somewhere to go.
Whenever you call, we can usually get your job on the schedule within the same week.
