Our limestone water leaves mineral deposits that bond to glass. Soap and a squeegee slide right over them. We use a cleaner made to release the minerals, then detail the pane by hand. That's the difference between glass that looks better and glass that looks new.
Screens out first
Every screen comes out and gets washed separately. Screens hold road dust and pollen. Clean glass behind a dirty screen still looks dirty from inside.
Treat the mineral spots
Any pane with hard water staining gets an acid-based glass cleaner and time to work. Scrubbing alone won't move a mineral deposit.
Wash and detail the glass
Inside and out, edge to edge. We hand detail the corners where a squeegee always leaves a line.
Sills and tracks
We vacuum and wipe the tracks and sills. That's where the dead bugs and grit collect, and it's the part most companies skip.
